There are many occasions when you want to know or find out WiFi passwords in Windows 7, 8 & 10. You might want to know password of network you are currently connected to or you have connected in the past.
So today we will show you the easiest way to find WiFi passwords. We will use two methods. First method will be used to see the password of connected network and other method will be used to see the passwords of networks you were previously connected to. You should have administrator access to the computer.
Method 1-
To View The Password Of Connected Network-
To view the password just follow steps given below-
Step 1. Open Run (Press Windows Button+R) and type ncpa.cpl and press Enter.

Step 2. After that you will see a window of Network Control Panel in which your all Network Connections will show. Just right click on Wireless Connection → Status.

Step 3. Click on Wireless Properties.

Step 4. Click on Security.

Step 5. Just check the option Show characters to make the password visible.

Method 2-
To View The Passwords Of Previously Connected Networks-
To view the passwords of previously connected networks just follow steps given below-
Step 1. Open Command Prompt (CMD) as Administrator. (For this step search ‘cmd‘ in start menu and then right click on the cmd and select “Run as administrator”

Step 2. Type the following command and hit Enter and you will see a list of WLAN profiles stored in computer.
Command → NETSH WLAN SHOW PROFILE
Here @D@B is my WLAN profile name in following image.

Step 3. Type the following command and replace “WIFI” with the network name.
Command → NETSH WLAN SHOW PROFILE WIFI KEY=CLEAR

Password for Profile @D@B → 098765432 as shown in above image.
